DELIVERY AND RETURNS

DELIVERY
Provided the item you order is in stock I aim to dispatch in the UK within 3 to 5 working days. I use Royal Mail for UK delivery and various tracked methods for international shipping. If there is an issue with your item, i.e. it is out of stock, I will notify you via email or phone.

UK mainland standard deliveries — Shipping costs are calculated based on weight at checkout. As an example the cost for one single item of clothing is £3.95. Free delivery to UK Mainland on all items over £50.00. 

EU/International tracked deliveries — All shipping costs are calculated based on weight at checkout. Please note that any import duties and taxes are your responsibility. I aim to dispatch to you within 10-12 days. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you have purchased an item through our website and wish to return it, please contact me at info@ordinaryluminary.com

SALE ITEMS
Any item purchased in any of our sales cannot be returned or exchanged.

FULL PRICE ITEMS
All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Any item returned must be sent back in perfect condition. 
The products, including their original tags and packaging, must be returned “as new” in a saleable condition. It must not have been worn, washed, be damaged or had the tags removed. Ordinary Luminary will not accept returns of products that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. 

The cost of returning an item to us falls upon the purchaser, not Ordinary Luminary. We recommend customers use a tracked service so the returned item can be monitored as Ordinary Luminary cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged items in transit/postage. Therefore for all returns and refunds we advise that you please obtain a proof of postage certificate from your Post Office. Once the goods are received and checked, you will receive a refund for the returned item(s), but if exchanging or returning goods, we are not able to return the original postage fees as paid by a customer. We will usually process your refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 5 working days of the day of us receiving the item.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. This provision does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

FAULTY ITEMS
We manufacture products to the highest standards and every product is thoroughly checked before it’s posted
but we do understand that occasionally errors can occur. If, in the unlikely event, that you receive goods that do not match your order, or they are faulty – please contact us immediately (this must be within 4 days of receiving your items/s) via  info@ordinaryluminary.com. Ordinary Luminary is responsible for paying the shipment costs. 

You will be given the option to have the goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods. Refunds or replacements will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ordinaryluminary.com. If an order has been dispatched we will be unable to change or cancel it.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, all of our jewellery (earrings, cuffs/bracelets/necklaces), cards and print editions are 
non-returnable, as well as anything purchased in our sale (as above)
